Terms & Conditions 

Cancellation Policy:

* No cancellations or rescheduling of appointments will be permitted within 24hrs of the appointment.

* Any appointments that are cancelled with less than 24hrs notice will be required to pay the full amount by bank transfer.

* No future appointments will be booked until this payment is received.

* Cancellations with less than 24hrs notice, or no shows will result in voidance of a pre-booked session when using a gift voucher.

* Appointments will be considered a "no-show" if the client does not arrive within 15 minutes of the appointment start time. For example, if a client booked an appointment for 9:00am and they did not arrive by 9:15am, they would be considered a no-show and will be charged the full price of the treatment. 

Deposit Policy:

* All new bookings will be required to pay a 50% deposit to secure the appointment.

* If booking online, the booking system will automatically charge you to secure and confirm the appointment.

* If booking through me directly, you will be required to pay the deposit by bank transfer. You will have 24hrs from the time of booking to pay to secure your appointment. If no payment is received, your appointment will be cancelled.
